How did that happen? Why a holiday home at all? Which country attracts tourists? Which city is attractive? Why is being considered in Cape Corel? Where are the best locations in town? As a German, you can simply buy houses there? How is it in the USA anyway and what is different than in Germany? What does real estate cost, how much return do they achieve and how does the market work at all? What do you have to pay attention to from a tax and legal point of view?? How to rent properly? And what please is that Waiting room of God? Puh, a lot of questions.
